Stuffing and unloading of containers
Stuffing consists of loading goods inside a container. Unloading is the opposite.
Terminal Container Athus (TCA) offers these services to clients wanting to outsource the logistics of their containerised goods. This activity enables the costs of transferring goods between the loader and the boats to be reduced; it also decreases the transit time.
Loading
TCA loads the containers with goods on behalf of the loaders: delivered to Athus by train or by truck, these goods can be put into containers directly or into storage for a later delivery.

- Conventional goods (bigbags, bags, palettes)
- Chemical Products and dangerous goods
- Various goods
- Steel products (shaped coils, plates)
- Bulk
- Construction materials
Related infrastructure:
- Over 18,000m² of goods storage depots including 4,000m² under a 32-tonne bridge crane
- Possibility to become the goods-from-stock distribution centre, located directly in Athus
- Infrastructure enabling 12 containers to be loaded at the same time
- 3.5-tonne to 25-tonne forklift trucks, equipped with forks, tongs, rotating tong and spur
Unloading
For unloading, the pattern is similar, but TCA cannot process loose goods.
